The building has 8 apartments, including 2 apartments with garden connection on the ground floor, 4 apartments with a loggia on the first floor and 2 penthouses with a roof terrace on the top floor. Each apartment has at least two facades, so we were able to provide them with excellent solar exposure and quality living spaces. By rounding the corners, a much finer, friendlier building was born, without reducing the usability and efficiency of the building. This gesture can be observed throughout the building, from the corners to the pillars.

Due to the size of the building, we placed the car parks on the ground floor, thereby avoiding the construction of an underground garage. Due to the regulations of the ratio of the apartment to the parking space, we achieved the most optimal design by retracting the ground floor, so we were able to place the parking spaces in a covered area. Both pedestrian and car access is possible from the longer side of the corner plot.
The facade is made of full-height, white solid and glazed panels, separated by anthracite colored mullions. The vertical mullions have built-in LED panels, so the building shows a completely different face at night. The lighting is also turns over to the slab above the parking lots, thus making the lighting of the building even more uniform. The allocation of the panels is made up of multiples of the 50 cm base panel. We also carried out this system in front of the loggias so that it does not break the rhythm of the facade. The horizontal division of the building was achieved by painting the edges of the slabs gray, thus separating the different levels.
